relief is possible

& meaningful change follows

Complex concerns. Expert care. Better outcomes.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

You are not alone. Approximately two percent of the population lives with obsessive-compulsive disorder, yet many people with OCD spend 14 to 17 years seeking an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Meaningful change begins with evidence-based approaches supported by strong research and proven results. There is hope.

Anxiety

Generalized anxiety disorder affects millions of people worldwide. Anxiety can show up in many forms, from constant worry to panic or fear of social situations. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) focuses on building flexibility, reducing struggle with anxiety, and helping people move toward what matters—despite anxiety.

Trauma

Many people experience trauma at some point in their lives, and its effects can linger long after the event has passed. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based treatment for trauma, can help reduce the grip of painful memories so you can experience greater freedom, healing, and connection in the present.

Philosophy of Care

I believe meaningful change happens when people receive the right kind of care—care that is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to the whole person. My approach is rooted in the understanding that symptoms are not failures or flaws, but signals that something important needs attention.

I specialize in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and trauma using research-supported therapies that are proven to work. I prioritize approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Therapy (I-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These treatments go beyond insight alone and focus on helping clients experience real, lasting relief.

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering. I work collaboratively with clients, offering guidance, structure, and encouragement while honoring each person’s pace, values, and lived experience. I am not afraid to sit with discomfort or walk through difficult moments alongside my clients, because I know healing often happens there.

I view care as holistic, attending to the mind, body, and spirit. When these parts are supported together, clients are better able to reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and move toward lives that feel meaningful and aligned with what matters most to them.

Above all, I believe in the resilience of people and in their capacity for change. With the right support and evidence-based care, growth is possible—even after years of struggle. My role is to provide a safe, informed, and steady space where that change can unfold.
